This is Day 2 of the Vision Casting Workshop 2026 replay, originally hosted live inside Stylist Soul Tribe.

Day 2 is where vision turns into structure. We move from reflection and big-picture dreaming into practical planning, focusing on the 12-Month Blueprint, quarterly themes, and 12-Week Roadmaps that actually support real life.

This session is conversational, emotional, and deeply grounding. We talk through resistance, imposter syndrome, contentment, celebration, and what it really looks like to grow without chaos. You’ll hear live coaching, honest reflections from members, and examples of how to turn clarity into momentum.

In this replay, we cover:

  • Creating a 12-month vision that feels supportive, not overwhelming
  • Choosing a yearly theme and anchor goals
  • Breaking the year into quarters (and when it’s okay to only plan Q1)
  • How to define “needle movers” instead of vague goals
  • Building realistic 12-week roadmaps (with real examples)
  • When to DIY your roadmap vs. when deeper support matters
  • Celebrating wins, practicing contentment, and navigating imposter syndrome
  • Systems, delegation, and support that reduce burnout
  • An overview of the SST Marketplace and how members can get support without doing everything alone

Hello friends. Hi Lisa. Hi Lauren. Lemme go live over on Facebook. I've been loving, catching up in the Marco Polo group this morning while I was getting ready. I don't know why I've be, I'm like feeling weirdly sentimental about everything vision casting right now. I don't know what it is, but like, listening to everybody's Marco Polos this morning, I like literally was almost crying. I don't know why. I just, I, I, I don't know. Hearing people's stories and what has transpired over the years is just, it's caught me in my feels. I don't know. I don't know. hello. Over on Facebook. I typically, for some reason when I'm live on Facebook, the comments don't show. So if you're saying something on Facebook, Samantha will try to keep me in the loop. if you are on Facebook and you are a SST member, and you want to be in the Zoom link, click the link in the comment, get upgraded. if you're not an SST member and you wanna be in the Zoom link, or in the Zoom call, same thing. Upgrade. We are gonna spend the first, probably two thirds of this call live in the Zoom room when we switch to VIP breath work session with Myla. I'm gonna stop the screen share, over into the Facebook group'cause that's all VIP. And then after Mylas breath work session, we are moving into new Tribe announcements in BOS schedule. so again, if you are watching on Facebook, you're gonna be good for the first like two thirds, but you might be missing some things, if you're not in the Zoom room for the last, like third of today. so go ahead and get upgraded if that is something that you want to do. okay, let's get started. I would love to get a gauge from the room in the chat or if anybody wants to unmute. how much of our workbook have we done? I'd love to see in the chat. I just wanna get a feel if you guys are like done with your workbooks. We're gonna play some music again like we did last time and actually spend some time working on it. If you guys are like, oh, I only got this far and I have it, fully filled out my workbook up to this point, then I'm gonna do similar to what I did yesterday. I'm gonna introduce the concepts, but I don't think there's any sense of us like spending time filling out our workbook today. If you didn't fill it out from yesterday. all of it, but the blueprint. Okay, so Lauren is caught up. Janet's caught up. Amazing. Still on lessons. Myla, I was starting to work on mine. That's what I was telling Anna. I just got into like a little bit of a flow there and I was digging into numbers and I was finding out averages each month and finding lifetime value and all of a sudden I was like, oh my God, is it 12 o'clock? What time is it? I got really like, sucked in, in my own business. So I am, I think the same as Myla. no, I got through lessons. I'm on quotes and affirmations. and then I still have to do. Areas for expansion, all that. So that's what I was saying to Samantha and Anna before we started as I was, I was trying to get a gauge of where everybody was at, so I knew if we should spend time like actually filling it out. So I guess, let me say this, here's what I wanna say. And I remember Melanie said this inside of the Marco Polo Group about roadmaps. I'm very, very, very excited to dive into roadmaps today because it's something I know and I've not perfected, but have kind of built in, as a tangible thing that I know works. The blueprint was, inspired by roadmaps, but I've never actually coached to this before. So you guys are kind of the Guinea pigs. So if we love this format, this probably will stick around for vision casting workshop, but blueprint, itself, I've been so inspired by these 12 week roadmaps that I was like, what would a 12 month blueprint look like? It's just another version of taking this vision and putting a plan behind it. so I'm happy to do any live questions today, because like I said, it's, this is something that still I don't, I haven't taught yet. So we're gonna kind of learn the ins and outs and like what works really well, with the blueprint together. Okay. Let me read the chat a little bit. Sarah's about 80% done through to big magic up to the blueprint. I haven't been able to fill out much more after yesterday. Still working through it. Mainly areas for expansion. I like how it was done yesterday. Okay, so Emily, you liked when I introduced the concepts and then you had time to do it on your own. Love still have bucket lists and quotes in some expansion. I definitely wanna hear and get coached through the roadmaps and blueprints. Okay, so let's start diving in. But again, because I haven't taught the blueprints before, do not hesitate to ask me questions'cause I might miss some things. Here it is. Okay, so let's get started. So the first thing, you should be on the 12 month blueprint, and then the next page is 2026 at a glance. so I want you guys to zoom out before you zoom in. This page captures the essence of the year you are creating focus on how you want the year to feel, what you wanna stand for, and what truly matters. so we're gonna come up with a yearly theme. Some of you knew that and put it in the chat yesterday. So a word, a phrase, affirmation that anchors the year. So something that you can keep coming back to. And then I would, I see this theme being pretty big and prevalent on your board. my 2026 vision, one or two sentences that describe the life and business that you are moving towards. And then my anchor goals. So even when I was looking at this, it says, choose up to four goals that matter most this year, but then there's five sections and I was already like, Hmm, why did I put that? So I would say, fill out what feels right to you, because from these, this glance, we're gonna go into four quarters. So I think you could do four goals and then you could divide'em up for the quarters. But like part of me was like, well, I want a little bit of all of this. So again, I don't think there's any major rules if you leave out impact or contribution. I think there's a way to sprinkle all of this in, but I would love to have some anchor goals that we at least know, okay, here's the big picture of what I want in a year. 12 months is a lot of time. How can I break that up into bite-sized chunk so that it's easier to understand how I can make this happen? amazing. Myla said breath work. Today is 15 minutes. Just FYI. That sounds great. Myla. Also, we're gonna kind of see how time is That's what I was just saying to Samantha and Anna too is like, we may be able to go a little bit longer. We'll see. but good to know. 15 minutes is what you have. That is great.'cause we're obviously gonna dive into like tribes and all the things. still working on. I had to go for a walk to get out of my head, downloaded the secret and have come to positivity movement. Wrote down a list of wins for 2025 instead on my walk this morning. crystal, I saw you say that in Marco Polo as well. I would love to hear from you. Is this similar to kind of what we talked about on our last Soul Tribe call? what was getting you, so in your head where you feel like you needed to get out of it? I'd love to hear was it just the year as a whole and how heavy it was or what was coming up for you? Yeah, it was just a lot. anybody who knows kind of what's going on with me. Kind of knows. there wasn't, I felt like a lot of positivity or I didn't feel that, and especially looking through the camera roll, it didn't really reflect that at all. Mm-hmm. So like I was feeling really anxious yesterday after all of that. and as well as I've been at home and I'm not usually at home that much. Yeah. And so I had to get outta the house. You have that energy through your body. Yeah. I had to go for a walk. I was gonna listen to Big Magic again that I only made halfway through and I started it and I'm like, Nope, this isn't it. This isn't what you need at the moment. Yeah. I downloaded The Secret and I'm like, okay. Have you ever listened to The Secret? long time ago. Okay.'cause you just needed to get outta your head. Can I just say this? Here's what I wanna say to you. I am so proud of you for sitting through the discomfort and digging in. It has been so. inspiring, watching you over the last two years and watching you have these real realizations and navigate them in real time. I just wanna say I'm so fucking proud of you for sitting in here through the discomfort, feeling it, rather than just being like, oh, forget that. That's not for me.'cause a lot of people do that. I know that your year was, when you say it was heavy, I know the heavy things that it was full of. Some of them, probably not all of them, but I also know it was full of a lot of wins. But the winds are kind of superficial, kind of. I get what you're saying. Like it feels like, sure, I'm checking the boxes that I need to check. I'm looking for deeper peace and happiness. and I hope we can bring this up again next year, that because you're sitting through this discomfort and you're recognizing it and you're really facing it head on and you're working through it and you're being open to working through it, rather than just being shy and like, don't look at me like you maybe would've done in the past. I really think that that's going to pay off and I think that's gonna set the tone in the trajectory for this next year. So, yeah, I just wanna say I'm so grateful for you for being as open as you are.'cause I know you didn't use to be this open and share in front of people and I've seen the growth in you. and I understand that feeling and I'm proud of you for having healthy mechanisms now of like, Ooh, this makes me uncomfy, I'm itchy. I need to move. I need to, like, that's so powerful.'cause you're actually working that shit out, not just stuffing it down. So amazing. there's a documentary on The Secret as well as the book, correct? There is, the documentary I find is kind of cheesy. but it is good. I personally prefer the book. if you watch the documentary, you may be like. what the fuck are you talking about? the documentary's a little much. so anybody who's a skeptic to Woo, I would say do not watch the documentary.'cause you're gonna be like, that's a crock of shit. But I do think the books are good. Okay. so, let's spend a little bit of time, I'm gonna play a little bit of music. Let's spend a little bit of time coming up with yearly theme 2026 vision, one to two sentences that describe the life and business you're moving towards, and then the anchor goals. And again, I'm gonna play that same ha playlist thanks to Kylie. And we're gonna spend a little bit of time on this. Not much. You guys can hear my music? Yeah. Yes. Can we hear it? No. Okay. Let me adjust then. We're all so excited for Arizona. I love it. here it is, original sound. Can you guys hear it now? Okay. Okay. Spend a little time and then if and when you have your themes, your vision, and your anchor goals, feel free to start throwing'em in the chat. Sarah said, wow, this page feels so big. Feel free to share what's coming up for you. Sarah. I know a lot of people struggle with this. It's like you can come up with all the, all the fluffy, here's what I want. Here's big, big, big picture. This starts to take that big idea and kind of starts to build a realistic path. And I know a lot of people get tripped up on that, so I would love to be able to help if you say, this feels so big. So what is creative goal, Lauren? For me, creativity is a really big piece of who I am. the more and more I learn about creativity and dive into creativity, I realize how much I do identify as a creative. books that have helped me with that is obviously big magic. the Creative Way, is that what it's called? Lecia. We both read at the one with the Circle with the.by Rick Rubin. creativity is big for me, so that's journaling for me. my art is my business. It's kind of sprinkling and other things I consider when IG Garden and get out into my, dirt. That feels kind of creative to me. So whatever it is to you, if you are not a super creative person and that doesn't feel super in alignment with you, you can leave that one blank. But is there anything creative you wanna anchor to the Creative Act? Lecia said it's a really good book, and the artist way I read last year, which was huge for me as well. so yeah. Yeah, it's like I have dreams that I think about throughout the day, but nailing it down to phrases and centering on something has always been a struggle for me. So that's what I'm feeling. Okay. And what if it's not even phrases? What if you kind of step away from it, Sarah, and you do something mindless, like go for a drive or take a shower, whatever those things are where those ideas start to come up. And then maybe you have like a note in your phone where you're just like putting those things down as they come up. They don't need to have this like foo, you know, poem along with it. It doesn't have to be like that, but whatever those things are, let's start. I know a big goal of yours is like the big salon. And what are some other things that come up for you, Sarah, throughout the day that I could help you kind of find some, something tangible to hang onto? yeah, you know, it's like you just have like your daydreams while you're driving or what are some daydreams that come up for you? we have twins who are in daycare. And that has put a huge financial stress on us. And it's been a really tough year financially because of that. a big dream is to have credit card debt done, have money in savings, start investing in, this stock. Just financial peace. Financial peace and growth and stability. But we have young kids, so that's hard. Do you feel like you guys are kind of putting your head in the sand and ignoring it right now? Or do you feel like you're doing everything you can do in this period of time to make the biggest impact? Because, I mean, before you know it, they're gonna be in kindergarten and this isn't gonna be a thing anymore. And that's when it then cleans up. Like, that's my question for you is, are you being irresponsible and intentionally ignoring it, or is just 2026 not gonna unfortunately be the year where that's the biggest thing that comes out of it? it's been a bit of a mix of both. Like Christmas, you know, like we gotta go buy all this stuff for the kids. we're not completely putting our head in the sand. But at the same time it's like everything feels so expensive also actively working on trying to spend less and paying down the debts we don't have too much, but it just feels like a lot. Do you guys regularly discuss that you and your husband? Like is that, sorry, is it something we kind of ignore? Okay. You can, yeah. Okay. I would like to at least get on the same page. Maybe you would feel much more comfortable if the two of you're on the same page. And so maybe that's a goal for you this year. Yeah. that doesn't mean coming Q1, he better, get on the same page as you.'cause that's the worst is when we go through all this personal growth and we are hopped up and jacked up and there significant others are like, I cannot keep up with what you're saying right now. Exactly. Yes. But I think if you set that intention and you continue to hold that throughout the year, I have a feeling by month 12, my guess is you are hopefully in a better place than you are today with it because you guys have worked towards that kind of together. Yeah, we will. I know that we will. Yeah. And then same thing, like I said, they literally are gonna be. In kindergarten before you know it. And like your financial situation is gonna be very different when that happens. so yeah, three kids, three years old and younger is tough. And just young kids in general. Kristen said, I feel you, Sarah. I have three under three and they're all home now because it's cheaper. Yeah, totally, totally can relate. So try not to get too caught up. If you find yourself getting caught up in financials, put right down. You wanna get on the same page. You guys, you wanna have a plan, you wanna be able to just whatever's weighing on you regularly, try to lessen that burden with the help of someone else. But then also lean into all the other things that aren't just financial. Even if that's what feels like the loudest.'cause we're post-Christmas right now. Try your best to dig into the other things too. Any other major questions for this page before we move on? Not business related, but making and selling ASOS on Etsy and eBay has been on my mind. Asos are baseball size, original works of art. crystal, I have seen your watercolor and all of that. I think that should definitely be a creative goal of yours. even if you just keep doing it, it doesn't hurt to throw it up there. we're pretty good. We make this joke all the time and soul drive of like turning a hobby into a business because we're just so entrepreneurial minded. But what do you have to lose? Why not throw it out there? I love that idea. Amazing. All right. Megan said my theme, growth without chaos. Ooh, I love that. expansion with stability. Deep roots first. I love that there was a year that my word was rooted and that was my intention when I felt that way. And I, it was very powerful for me. my vision in 2026, I feel rooted, energized, and financially supported. My work is aligned and sustainable. My schedule reflects my values, and I have space for family, joy and rest. Megan, was that all you or was that a little chat? BT too, because that's really good. I was gonna say, if anyone wants to borrow from Megan, I think though at least some of those words are very good to write down on the page. Alright, cool. Chad helped me put all my thoughts together. Yeah, so same thing with all of this. You guys fill out the workbook to the best of your ability, but it also doesn't hurt to plug it all into chat GBT later and spend some time kind of working through some of this. And if you're like, I feel this way, but like I just can't write, put it into the right words, it can potentially help with that. So you guys can continue with the vision at a glance. But at least we have something, there. Expansion without pressure. I think that's perfect for you, Charlotte. Kristen said the theme is foundation, still working on my 2026 vision. And then once we have the vision at a glance, then I would love to break it into, like I said, bite-sized chunks. So what's the, how do you eat an elephant? You do it one bite at a time, so we're gonna break it up into four quarters. This is up to you if you are somebody that you feel like likes to play on the whole thing ahead. I would just say even if you do, even if you write out Q4, like some, someone yesterday, I don't remember who it was, but they had four main words and I was like, maybe that's Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. You can do this a lot of different ways if you do quarter one through four in January. I would say just be very open to things shifting if they need to be very flex and be very fluid. But if you wanna just set an intention, that's great. If you are really getting stuck when it comes to quarter two, three, and four, it's okay to come back to that after you get a little bit of traction and momentum under you after the first quarter. nothing needs to grow, but if I chisel the sculpture perfectly, it shines brighter. I love that Kim. My word of the year is action. Michelle said I spend lots of time taking information and not enough time taking action. Michelle, can I ask you what that action is going to look like? Would you mind unmuting? Things. Looking through my photos yesterday, I put in the chat that it's all here. I don't have a life. Yeah. And sadly that's kind of, I've put everything into my business the last five years and you're reaping the rewards of it, but now it's time to maybe not have the focus be all there because you do crave a balanced life. Yeah. Thank you for sharing that. Seriously. So did you spend more time yesterday, like do you feel like you're gonna be able to break this up into four quarters or is that gonna be tricky for you? Yeah, no, I think so. I think action's gonna be my first quarter for sure. Cool. And then once I see results, then I can move into the next. Thank you so much for sharing. Kimber said, I am your friend. Put a photo of me in there. well we will have a photo all together in May, which is very exciting. Yeah, and that's what I wanna say too, Michelle, you show up so regularly here and I know it is like internet friends. So that starts to feel a little bit like, you know, it's not truly real life. And I do think it's important to have balance and this is conversations that has come up over the years in Soul Tribe. Samantha's mentioned this as well before, like craving in person friendships.'cause we have such deep friendships here on the internet. that I will say count those, those do count. Just'cause you don't have a picture of getting lunch. You have a, call it ones per month you come to every Monday. Magic that's 24. Call it, I know you're in hunters things call it 50 friend dates. You really, genuinely do have it. And I know a lot of it is about business. but I wouldn't completely count that out because you are someone that shows up fully and regularly and consistently. but it's also completely okay if you wanna have some of that in the physical realm as well. I moved to a new state five years ago. Yeah. So I have amazing 30, 40 year friendships back in California, How often do you see those people? Not enough. I made a trip back this year. It was my only second time going back. And the first time was for a funeral, so that was a down trip. Yeah. But I really filled my cup with some good visits just in November seeing my old friends. And But you get older or you move somewhere new and you can't just form 40 year friendships. Yeah, it's harder, but maybe be the one, maybe be the one, I don't know if you guys have a group chat going or what, but maybe say like, I'd love to put some things on the calendar. It would be a dream for me to see you all four times a year. I come to you twice. You come to me twice. Even if they don't all happen, let's at least intend for them to happen now. I know sometimes It feels weird being the one like trying to do that. but I have a group of girlfriends called, we call ourselves the Fab Five and they always say like, thank you Lisa, for being the glue that keeps us together. Because I'm like, this is too special and too good for us to let it fizzle out. Like, I fucking love you guys so much. We need to spend time together as much as we can. So we are constantly like, when can we get on a FaceTime again? When are we all gonna be together again? If someone can't make it, we move it around. We don't just let it start to kind of fizzle out. So be the person. It takes a little bit of effort, but it's so worth it. Yeah. I will this year for sure. Thank you for sharing. Caitlin said this year I'm stepping into my truth, voice, and worth leading with softness and strength and aligning my values with my action. Not to prove, but because I'm ready. Hopefully. Shit, I'm over here thinking you guys are gonna get so stuck on this page and you guys are blowing me away. with all of these words in the chat, connect and flow is my 2026 phrase. Love it. Fuck it. I am the imposter. Dreama, do you wanna unpack that? what, why do you say that? Dreama? can you hear me? Yes, I can. I don't know. I just feel like we are like, oh, we have imposter syndrome and we like treat it like, it's like such a bad thing and I'm just like, fuck it. Like, so what? I'm the imposter. I'm gonna live with that one day. Like I'm not gonna be the imposter anymore. I'm just gonna be it. So. Yeah. Just like exist in that. And it doesn't mean you're not gonna do it because you have imposter syndrome. I'll just be the imposter doing it and eventually it'll be right. I love that. Right, right. So that's the, that's the phrase. Fuck it. I am the imposter. Love it. you guys know more about me than some of my friends. Absolutely. Same. Ditto truth. In 2026, I lead a calm, aligned business and life built on steady routines, clear systems and shared values. My team operates with confidence and consistency, allowing me to lead without micromanaging. I move through my days grounded and disciplined, present with my family, connected to my worth, and financially supported by a business that runs sustainably without urgency or burnout. I'll have to look that up. The past several years, I have just purged so much for my life, and now I'm feel so ready to begin inviting people in dreams back into my world. Oh, it makes me wanna cry, Michelle. That's so good. It's so good to see you here, Michelle. 7,000 shots said, I struggle with imposter syndrome so bad. Love that approach to it. Fuck it. I'm the imposter among us. Thank you, chick. Thank you, Kimber. It's among us. I'm the imposter. Okay. So should we take some time filling out quarter one? I think we should. Let's take a little bit of time. If you wanna move into quarter 2, 3, 4, like if you are kind of gonna say like, okay, the word is gonna be like foundation quarter one, growth, quarter two, recalibrate quarter three, and expand quarter four, whatever. then you can do that or just spend some time at least on just Q1. yeah,'cause I at least wanna give you guys a little bit and answer questions that come up, rather than just being like, go do it on your own. And then you get stuck and you end up not doing it. So I'm gonna play some music. We're gonna spend some time on Q1 and I would love for you guys to put in the chat what's coming up for you. Cool. Music sounds like it's in a can. Does it sound bad for everyone? Better? every, would it be better to just turn it off? Is audio shit quality? Kind of Anna. Okay, then we'll just leave it off. That's fine. I also am realizing I didn't read every single thing. So we have focus theme slash word for each quarter, the energy and intention guiding this quarter. We have key priorities slash needle movers. I love a needle mover. So what I consider a needle mover is just like if I do something every day or once a week or once a month or once a quarter, what, even if we're just moving the needle a tiny little bit, when we do that over and over and over again, that compounds. And that's how you see major growth. I've been focusing on needle movers literally for the last like 10 years, and I swear that's why I am where I am. so whatever it is, based on your theme or your focus, what moves the needle, habits or systems that support this quarter. What needs to be consistent or structured to support your priorities, delegation or improvement opportunities? What could be outsourced, supported, simplified, or improved marketplace systems, tools or support allowed? how I'll celebrate wins, big or small plan, celebration matters. I would love. For every single quarter, you guys choose what you're doing to celebrate. And I would love for that to be a normal part of the soul tribe culture is that you share when you hit those milestones and you share what you're celebrating and how you're celebrating it. And then quarterly focused check. If I focused on just one thing this quarter, what would it be? Okay, I'm just gonna mute my mic and I'm gonna work on mine as well. It might be my Canva'cause we can just email you the file itself. Lemme know if that works. Anna other option is if the file's too big to email, you could maybe put it in a Google Drive link and then send that link to Lucia. That might be another way to do it. Weird Lecia. did yours cut off at the same time that, Lucia's thought cut off? I only got part of it and it was all out of order. Mine printed just fine for me, but I was also the creator of it, so I don't know. Alicia, do you need it emailed to you as well or were you able to figure it out? Okay. I would love to hear what's coming up for you guys for Q1 or if you are somebody that is, working in to Q2 three and four as well, I would love to hear that. I have half downloaded, so maybe the email would be helpful. Can you give examples of needle movers again? I get stuck on breaking down micro. Okay. Yes, I would love to. Megan, will you be my Guinea pig? What is your focus word or theme? And then I will help you decide what the needle movers can be. Don't get tripped up, Lauren. It's okay. I'll spend some time with you as well, but try not to get tripped up. Megan, are you able to unmute or no? Foundation building. Okay, so you're in a coffee shop. I can't see you Megan. Sorry, I can just see like a few people. so foundation building, rooted in routines. key focus, focus. Word or theme is foundation building rooted in routines. Megan and Zoom is really good at filtering noise. I agree. Yeah, if you're just worried about us hearing the coffee shop, I think you're gonna be fine. Samantha said, Lauren, you're really good at naturally creating goals and working through them. If this isn't your process or if it gets you stuck, take what works and leave the rest. Yes please. I agree. You are very good at this. Or I will talk to Legos in public. I do not care. Go ahead, Megan. I get what you're saying. yeah. okay. Yeah, because I wanna help you with these needle movers. So when you say focused in routine, or what did you say? Structure routine, like building the foundation and like rooted in routine. So like my biggest thing for the longest time is like really structured office hours. And then, I'm going through thriving leadership and so like building the foundation. It's like my business is growing, but then I feel like it's chaotic because I don't have like all the systems and foundation there first. So then my like, big thing is like, well, I just need to go through thriving leadership, but I'm like, that's like a whole course. I need to like break it down more micro if I am scheduling on one quarter, you know? Yeah, yeah. so I mean, the needle mover would be like a module at a time or a lesson at a time. I've never even looked at thriving leadership, so I don't know how big it is, but I know what, like thrivers is a whole is like, so the needle movers for you would be maybe, how often are you doing these structured hour office hours? yeah, I need to like. I've built them in a little bit better. I have little pockets of time, like one or two times a week. And then once a month I'm gonna have like a bigger, full day. So with the little pockets of time that you have, realistically what can get done and that,'cause this is why you feel chaotic.'cause you're like, oh, I have one time a month and I have these little ones. And then the little time comes along and you're like, oh, I don't have enough time to even watch a module, so I'm not going to, and then the month goes by and you're like, I didn't even do what I said I was gonna do. So this is what I mean by zooming in. So realistically, in these short periods of time, what can move the needle forward? Is it truly watching half a module if that's all you can get? Or would that not be beneficial? Instead, you need to do these SOPs or these other salon business things consistently. And then you have the expectation of, I consume this content once a month and I know that, so I'm not gonna feel chaotic at the end of the month when that's what happens.'cause I knew that that's how it was gonna go, you know? And if that's not enough and you won't accept that, then you need to chisel out the time and it needs to be sacred, you know? So then would that be a needle mover, like chiseling out the time or Potentially. I would love to know what you think you can do with these small pockets of time, because I do think we should still work with those. I mean the, the modules are short as far as like listening, watching that, she has a lot more work in the workbook. Okay. So I mean, like, I can listen. While I'm driving or doing dishes or whatever, if I'm just trying to like absorb it, but then I need to sit down and do it. So if I feel like if I break it up that way, then I can get, you know, modules done. And some of them are beefier than others. Like some of them I'm like, already have some of this stuff in place. It's just refining real quick. And then other things, it's like, oh, that's brand new. Yeah, I don't have that in my business. You know, Rochelle said I always listen first, then go back and re-listen. I think that that's a good plan for you. If I want like hours on time, you know, like I have office hours, but then I feel like a lot of my Mondays are filled with like calls or trainings and some of it is like, I might need to just like shut off some of the other noise, you know, maybe and not attend some of those other things. Maybe that's what's coming up here. And maybe even for Q1, here's what, here's my thought. Maybe for Q1, you audit it and you say, okay, here's the calls, the trainings, the things that I'm showing up for at the end of each one and create like a, a Google doc for it at the end of each one. Was that worthwhile or should I have been putting my attention elsewhere? Audit for the first quarter and decide what really serves you and decide what doesn't. choose to trim the fat somewhere. that might be the answer. And then I also think, listening during the pockets of time, I would create some sort of like flow or routine or ritual when it comes to this. So like, even if again, it's a Google Doc, I've fallen in love with Notion, but if you don't know notion, I won't start confusing you. A Google Doc or a note on your phone and you say, okay, at the start of week, I have Monday from three to four. I have Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and I have Friday during my lunch break, I'm gonna consume this module, this module, this module. Here's my notes from each module. And then you go back to it. And then at the start of the next week, here's what I picked up from last ones, here's what I'm gonna implement. Like some sort of process or flow I think can be really helpful. so I think that's good, but if you have one and you know that's what you need to do and that's all it is. Or if you have five, I'm not mad at that either. I'm just kind of giving an outline. How's that all feeling, Megan? good. maybe even hearing other people's, needle movers will give me more ideas. Okay. I'll read through some of the chat. Kate said that she was auditing as well, so that might be good for you. I think some sort of flow or process to you. I would almost call this like a studying flow, kind of like how do you consume it, how do you take note of the things you wanna take action on? How do you come back to those things that you wanna take action on? I would start to build a flow around it truthfully, which I know in the beginning seems like really hard to do, but like I would just start paying attention to how you consume that, and build it around that so that it's not just like totally at random. Consistency is key in new habits need to be formed. Maybe a book like Atomic Habits might help. Rochelle said, sticking to the schedule but also creating it so it works best for you. And so I just sent the email to everyone that with the link to download the workbook. It should be in everyone's inbox in a few minutes. How many key priorities? I would think three to five. Too many might be overwhelming. Lucia, do you have specific questions? How many do you have right now? And does, why does it feel like not enough or too much? I'd love to know. Loves notion. I think Kimber and I are gonna work together to come up with a really cool notion, creative initiative because I've become obsessed and I know she's using it a lot as well. Creating dedicated office hours. Weekly is my first quarter. I've been doing it, in between clients and I don't ever feel like I'm getting anything done. So office hours are a must. I love that. Kimber, it feels a little too much, but I'm breaking down the habits and it's coming together. I would love to hear what some of the needle movers you've come up with are Lucia. Kate said just to share, it took me a year to build out my entire system, set education, but for that year I said no to everything. That wasn't that slash building my salon. Sometimes you need tunnel vision if you think that that's what will project you forward. Thought I'd chair. I agree wholeheartedly, Kate. Karen said I have decided to have daily, weekly, and monthly needle movers. Love Daily is test and report bugs for, that's software related. Weekly is social media planning and monthly is newsletters. There's some great examples. Megan, love that. Putting tunnel vision on my board now. Love Tunnel Vision. amazing. Cool. Do we feel like we need more time on these blueprints or do we feel like we potentially can move on? Is there questions? I really struggle thinking past a quarter to Time Lecia then just do Q1. I think that's totally fair and I was gonna say even if you get Q2, three and four, be open to it changing.'cause like I said, when I was doing vision casting last year, one month later, everything shifted and changed and I feel really in alignment with what I've built. Lauren, let's hear your question. Okay. I have a question as far as like, you know, this whole like blueprint thing is always so hard for me, but like, my goal is to enjoy like what I have created, right? And so how, that's hard for me to be like, okay, I, if I'm gonna have a blueprint or a goal, that means that I'm working towards something. But what I'm really trying to work towards is just be like, happy in where I'm at. What does enjoying this look like for you? Honestly, just I, what seems hard is like keep doing what I'm doing. I mean, my systems are in place. I have my girls, I have my team meetings with my girls. I mean, there's nothing that feels like urgent that needs to change or needs to happen. I mean, I'm more or less in like professionally, I feel like there's nothing that I really like, I wanted just anything personally. Yeah, I mean, personally I would love to lose weight, but, okay. So what could those needle movers look like? Working out every morning. Okay, so put that down. maybe your weekly needle movers, whatever that is for you is meal planning and, doing all that. if that's what is relevant to you right now. I was gonna say, if even that answer was nothing, then I'd say fucking enjoy where you're at. Yesterday when we talked you said, I feel so good. Looking back at my year, I realized that old Lauren had all these thoughts and all these expectations. So if you truly came to like, there's really nothing I wanna change. I wanna bottle up what I have for this and then watch my family grow and watch us all evolve, but like I don't want to change the container that I have in any way, shape, or form, then keep frigging doing what you're doing. But you did say you wanna lose weight, so I would make your focus at least for Q1, be that and tunnel vision on that and then let all the other structure and flow happen in business and then keep that be where your front of mind is.'cause it's so easy for you to turn it to business, you know? Yeah. I think that's where I'm getting stuck I literally cannot think of a goal. The only thing I can think of is personal is just. Taking care of myself. So just zoom in on that and get really specific with it. So you have tangible things to work on with that specifically. And who knows, Lauren, maybe next year you come and you're like, I'm in the best shape of my life. personal is good. Then we're gonna say good like that you have reached, what is the point of striving for this all the time? If we never hit it, I mean, that's great if that's where you're at. Yeah. That's incredible. I'm gonna read a little bit of the chat. Thank you for asking that question. are you struggling because you are afraid it won't continue if you start to enjoy it? Samantha's always got the good questions. Yes. Samantha, do you have any wisdom if that's the case? I don't think I have any wisdom. I just, had a feeling that was where we were at. Mm-hmm. And I know today is a tough day, so enjoy it and we can keep working on it. And that's what I'd say if you can recognize I've hit the milestones I want, I have the team that I want, I have the systems and structure set up that I want, but I am afraid to enjoy it. Then as silly as it sounds, your goals need to be, what does enjoying it look like? I know you guys are doing Orlando. What's the next one after that? What's the smaller one in between to keep that going? Like what is enjoying it look like? What does Lainey Lauren dates look like? What does, what does everything else look like? Because business is doing so well. Right. Okay. Love you friend. always coming in with the powerful statements. It's okay to be content. She's in cruise mode. We, we cruise mode. We used to say coast, but then we realized coast was like eventually you come to a stop. No, she's on cruise control. She is driving 80 in the left lane. She is getting where she needs to go and she's doing great. grace said I have a book recommendation. I wish I had a Bigger Kitchen by Kate Strickler, a book about contentment and enjoying what you have. I love that Grace. I love, the conversation around practicing contentment. I think leading into gratitude can be a huge needle mover at this stage. I agree. Samantha. Stopping to enjoy what you've built can be a goal. White space hasn't always been easy for some of us. Yeah. So white space is your needle mover. It's okay to have a season of maintenance and not growth. Maybe what your focus should be is play. What does play look like for you? That's a great question, Myla Leisha gave me a book, it's called Like In The Five Senses or something About Five Senses. and it kind of talks about this as well. It's just about getting like really, really, really present. and it was a really great book. Charlotte said, I've lost 12 pounds drinking 80 ounces of water every day. I haven't changed anything workout wise, but I eat less because I'm so full of water. follow Charlotte for more weight loss tips, grace said, or what specifically are you enjoying right now? Write those down as wins and when you drift, you can see what you are enjoying. Charlotte celebrates by traveling. Alicia said, does anyone else struggle to actually fulfill your celebration for accomplishments? I don't know why that part is the one I tend to push off or struggle to actually do. That was one thing I noticed from this year is I set up ways to celebrate wins that I never actually did, which seems so silly. Can you tell us more, Alicia, I remember you talking about this in the intensive. What ways did you celebrate that you didn't actually do? Hi. well, it was actually throughout my whole year, like I noticed looking back at workshop last year, I kind of set up like just different things that like, if I did this, you know, I wanted celebrate this way or mistakes, but I'm like, why did I celebrate? I, I dunno, like why that's such a like, weird when it comes up, does it just feel like, oh, I don't have time for it, or it's silly, or I don't deserve that? what kind of feelings come up? Sometimes it's kind like, it doesn't feel like justified or something. What it's like, because I tend to wanna like celebrate in a big way because I just don't treat myself. Yeah, I'm thinking it's gonna be a mix between pushing through that feeling and forcing yourself to sometimes,'cause you know, that's how you naturally are. And then also maybe having more like micro celebrations, right? So that it's not always this big, huge thing. But from what I know about you, Alicia, from how close I've gotten to get to it, I do know a lot of the times you will get there and it will be fully justified. The money will be there, you'll be able to do it and for some reason you don't. So that's why I'm saying I do think that you should push past that sometimes and whether you put that on Caleb or you say it out loud to your tribe or whatever, but like you need to keep calling yourself out on it because what's the point, right? I know. Yeah. I feel like that's maybe one thing I never realized I needed as much accountability best, but I think I need to like speak that out. Yeah. Keep saying it out loud. Samantha did say, wait, I thought you did do a spa day and you did buy concert tickets. Correct. So we're working on it. Yeah. The spa day was like, wait, birthday gift I guess. What were the things that you wrote down that you were going to do that you didn't do? I had some small stuff throughout the year that I never did, I wanted to get my car detailed that I didn't do. I wanted to book a trip without pet. I didn't. I do also think there's a little bit, in like being flexible and not getting too attached to things too, though. Like you guys all know that my trip to frigging New York City just had to get canceled and like I got so upset. So like, I understand getting flexible and that's why I think it's good Lecia that you set the intention for so many.'cause even if 50 to 70% of them happen, at least something's happening. Not nothing. but I think you're exactly right is you need to say it out loud in these settings. You need to call yourself out on it. You need to just be aware of it and talk about it. And I think that that's gonna hopefully be helpful for you. the book is by Gretchen Rubin, Lauren, two years ago you dreamed of having the ability to enjoy this moment in your life, so enjoy it. I agree. Megan said. I don't want to spend a lot of money unless it's a money goal I hit. I also treat myself to the little things often in life. So I choose those. They don't. So if I choose those, they don't feel like celebrations. Annette agrees with that. are your celebrations too safe and not exciting enough? Or maybe even too exciting? Great question, Emily. Okay. the next page is the quarterly check-in grid. So again, if you guys do quarter one through four, great. If you do quarter one for now and you come back to the rest, that's great too. My thought was that this page specifically, can get pulled out of the workbook and can get like hung up by your desk. if you wanna pull the entire chunk out for the quarterly goals, you can do that as well. but this just seems like a really quick, easy way to check off each quarter, my wins, my lessons, my systems for delegation and progress. And if, again, no pressure. But if a big magic moment happens, write it down, account for it, notice it, say it out loud, tell me, tell your tribe, and we'll try to push you towards that. So that is the quarterly check-in grid. I feel like we're probably doing pretty good on time. Okay, so next we're gonna move into 12 week roadmaps. And again, this is something, this is probably one of my favorite things that came from 2025. It almost sounds like too simple that like, why should it even matter? But I have gotten such great feedback about these roadmaps and like I said, it's become like one of my favorite coaching things, modalities. so I'm gonna share you guys with you guys a little bit about what these roadmaps consist of, what they look like. and then we will talk about the DIY option and how you can use chat GBT and build your own roadmap. Or if you want to join the intensive, I can build a roadmap for you and we can move forward into the intensive. 12 week roadmap, you get to choose how supported you wanna be at this point. You can either build your own or be supported. so 12 week focus. think of this as like January one. So the first 12 weeks is gonna be Q1, January, February, March. Where am I at right now? What currently feels stable? What feels stuck, inconsistent, or heavy? Where am I spending energy without seeing results? That's a really good question. Where are you spinning your wheels? What do I keep saying that I'll get to later? Where do I want to be in 12 weeks? I would feel successful if, and my primary 12 week focus is this. And why does this matter right now? I would love to mute and have you guys spend a little bit of time, digging into this. And if you have questions or you get stuck, let me know. Kate said, excited to bring my next phase of my big magic to SST this year. So am I. So very excited. so let's spend some time digging through 12 week focus, kind of overview and then we'll move into the roadmap because these are the questions that I ask when it comes to building the roadmaps. I really just need to know where it is you are, where you wanna go. We call that the gap method. So where you are currently, where you wanna be, and then I just need to know what's holding you back and what the next step is. And then from there we can build the roadmaps. So spend some time on that and then put it in the chat. Okay. Is anyone feeling stuck on this next 12 week focus page? Is this helping us? Kind of break it down a little bit. I'm gonna read the chat. Samantha has some great things to say. Celebrating little and more often is actually really beneficial. I'm going to encourage all of us to choose a few small things that will always be celebrations. Maybe it is a specific treat or dinner drink song. Getting used to celebrating little things more frequently can help us feel comfortable celebrating bigger. It was the conversation about experience stretching and how when you experience something, the analogy that was used, I'll never forget it. The analogy I always used is like, you walk outside, you see the most beautiful sunset in the world, and you're like, oh my God, this is the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. And then a year later, you are on a date with your significant other and you're so happy and you just had an amazing meal, and you see a beautiful sunset and you're like, okay, now this is really good. Like it could, does not get any better than this. Five years later, you're on a yacht in the Mediterranean Sea and you're eating all the good food. You have all your friends with you, you have everybody that you love around you, and you see a beautiful sunset and you're like, okay, wow. Like it genuinely doesn't get any better than this. And then the next day you walk out of your back door and you see that same sunset and all of a sudden it doesn't feel. Impressive anymore. It doesn't feel good anymore. And I think it's important for us to catch that. And that's what I'm hearing Samantha saying is like we say, oh, these little things, well, I do that all the time. Well pause and realize that that means you've built a life where you do things that used to be a big deal for you that are now every day occurrences. And recognize that for what it is and sink into gratitude in that moment rather than noticing that your experiences have been so stretched that they don't hit like they used to. You know? And for me, white space really helps me like tap into that and feel, in tune to that. Samantha said one of the, all researchers discovered that this, this with study participants that practiced all walks, brains are smart, but neuroscience is helping us find ways to outsmart it for the better. Not now that we broke it down earlier for me. So thank you. what was the name of the awe book again? I remember this post. It's crazy, Janet, that you remember it. Maybe I need to reframe my thinking with celebrations because honestly the lifestyle I live now exactly Alicia, I constantly experience new things daily, which is a daily one itself. I know if 2021 vision casting workshop leisha when I told her to close her eyes was new. The life you're living, she'd be like, oh damn, I don't need to celebrate again. My life is the celebration. it's like when we all planned our dream day in life and then implemented it. Most things are much more approachable than we realize. Yeah. All right. Good stuff. What's coming up for you guys for 12 week focus? I wanna know what feels stable, stuck, what do you keep saying you're gonna get to later? where do you wanna be in 12 weeks? What's gonna be your primary focus and why is that important? If you're stuck on anything, please tell me. okay. Lucia said, I'm interested in the celebrating concept concept. I suck at celebrating myself as soon as I reach a goal. I just never feel like it's as great as I expected, so I don't feel like I can deserve to celebrate. And then it sends me to make new goals that I think will reach those expectations, which as I type this out, sounds dysfunctional. I like that concept of incorporating gratitude though, because it might disrupt the cycle. I agree wholeheartedly. I think that's a really good realization and a reminder that we all need, and again, we've been doing this for so many years now that like the fact that that's how our brains are working tells me that we've made a lot of progress in these last, all these years because what we're celebrating now are things that we never thought we could have hit before. And I think it is kind of human nature that once you get to it, it doesn't feel quite how you think it's going to feel, which is dysfunctional. Yeah. All right. I want some feedback from you guys on this 12 week focus. I can't tell if, because you're quiet, if anybody's stuck or if you guys are feeling good about this. Okay. Anna said, moving forward with my consultations and movement to benefit the environment, they are big and nerve wracking. Okay. Lauren feels good about it. So what's coming up for you, Lauren? Where do you wanna be in 12 weeks since we're feeling so good right now. What did you put for that Feeling? Confident in my body and Okay, so that's gonna be the focus for quarter one. It sounds very clear. Yeah. Cool. Love it. Okay. any feedback from everyone else? Samantha? I'm not missing anything major over on Facebook. I see we have nine people on Facebook, but I can't see any comments. I was just trying to write to you about Julie's comment. Julie said maybe throughout the year, writing down and put in a jar, things you celebrate professionally and personally every day. Kind of like a nighttime ritual. Then at the end of the year, go back through the container and reflect on those moments. It might be helpful, it'd be like going through the camera roll that everybody had such big takeaways from. Yeah, love that idea. So even if it's like a little thing, like even if you stopped and got yourself your favorite coffee or even if you got a facial, but facials are no big deal anymore'cause you get them all the time. Like whatever those are, I think it is important to note that and I think it's just choosing to see something is celebratory rather than a piece of everyday life. Like walk into something with the intention of I am celebrating this, this, and this. and then you feel that kind of gratification from that. Stephanie said, schedule feels inconsistent. I need to have hard office hours and celebrate ritual around them and create ritual around them. I'm paying for programs that I'm not utilizing because of an accordion like schedule where I open more working hours behind the chair and office hours fall off. Quarter one will be spent creating habits around consistency. Stephanie, have you watched the schedule module and mindset to magic start to finish?'cause you need to figure out your four puzzle pieces. You need to figure out behind the chair time, admin time, time for others, and time for yourself. And you need to commit at least for quarter one that you will not waver from those in any way, shape or form. Just to simply test this theory. Just decide January, February, and March. You are not wavering from them. And then we'll build from there. Sarah said, I feel super stable with my mental health and self-esteem, which was my goal for 2025. Love that. That makes me so happy for 2026. I wanna build systems for my business, especially for marketing systems that work for my personal pace and shutting out the industry noise of what I should be doing, especially with marketing plans and messaging and implementing them. Well. We are gonna share, some marketing tools for delegation. You can either systematize it or delegate it, when it comes to marketing. either one is totally fine and even if you choose to systematize it for financial reasons right now The goal is eventually to take that system and pass it off to someone else and delegate it, once you feel like you'd rather give money instead of time for it. So we're gonna definitely continue to dive into that. Alicia said, I think the 12 week focus is something I want to take more time with, so I will check in on Marco Polo and it's complete. Okay, love that. No, because I don't have consistent office hours. Yeah. So we need to start doing that, Stephanie. That needs to be like your first thing you do really. I write three things every night in my gratitude journal and I've had it for four years and it's fun to see the previous years on the same page slash day. Love that. Is it just a regular notebook, shelves, or do you have a link for it? Where's the schedule module? It's in the portal. Yep. Mindset to mindset. Stephanie said, yeah. or mindset to magic. love. Okay, we're gonna keep moving. you guys have everything you need, right? If you wanna come back to this. So from this 12 week feedback,'cause again, when I do discovery calls for people in Jumpstart, this is the information that I'm gathering for them. When people join the intensive, this is the information that I gather from them during their application so I can build their roadmap. on the next page, I'm gonna show you two examples of two people that are here in the room with us that, really loved the roadmaps this year, and really stuck with them. Roadmaps are not for everyone. Not every single person that I've gone through Jumpstart or the intensive, followed the roadmap to a T, but I have found that some people really, really, really love this bite size step by step by step. So on the left, we have Janet's on the right, we have Leisha. Hopefully you guys are okay with me sharing this. Here's some of my examples. It is a step-by-step plan considering where you are now, where it is you wanna be aligned, action con consideration for what's holding you back in high touch. Accountability. So I'll just like pause it. You can see Janet would go through and check off when she would get things done. So it's week 1, 2, 3, 4 through 12. It won't let me pause. and she just kind of worked through it. So again, with chat GBT, you guys can build this yourself. If you wanna join the intensive at any time in 2026, I am happy to build this for you. here's a peek at leashes again as well.'cause she used like check marks. This is all done in notion. Again, I've, I love notion. you can do this in a Google note, or a Google Doc. You can do this in a note on your phone. You can do this in a lot of different places. But notion is really cool, as a place to build this out. So again, that's just a peek at it. So that if you decide for the first 12 weeks of the year, you are gonna follow this to a t every single day when you sit down for office hours, you know what it is you need to work on. and my hope and my thought and my intention and what I have found this year is as a coach, it's sometimes frustrating for me to coach people who kind of continue to just spin their wheels endlessly. And I'm always struggling with it with like, do they truly not have the tools that they need or do they have the tools? They're just choose, they don't have the discipline or what is it? And I do think that this 12 week roadmap has slightly cracked the code where like, if you don't follow this, if you follow it, did you get where you wanted to go? If no, then okay, why the roadmap was broken. Or if you didn't follow it and you didn't end up where you wanna go, well, we at least know what it is that you need to do. You need to go back and you need to follow the roadmap. So it's been really satisfying as a coach, kind of coming up with this. Would notion work for a solo person or is it more so suited more for a team? It absolutely will work for a solo person. So notion, it's like I talk about it like it's this big structured thing. It's such a blank slate. That's like saying, oh, you need to use a Google document or a Microsoft Word document. It's so basic, but it has the ability to do check boxes, to link to another page. You can embed videos, you can make these like rabbit holes where you like click through and organize things. So absolutely, yes, it's good for a solo person. I used the free version for a very long time as I started adding people to my team on notion I had to pay for it. But I think you should be able to use it for free for a long time. yeah, you definitely make it more complicated than it is. Like you literally just need to plug this, and this is from Chachi TI mean with the help of me, but you need to plug this into Notion and then you just go through and like, like Janet did, you can highlight and strike through or you can make it a checkbox and you can just check the box off like LE's as here. Okay. that's something that really works for me, plug and play. Otherwise it takes me so long to focus. And I also have trouble, staying on task, or productive. I just do it all. I just try to do it all at once. Still trying to figure it out. It made my life so easy. Okay, so this is from Janet. This was hers over here. It made my life so easy knowing exactly what to do when I sat down, and honestly, it was what I've been missing. Oh, that makes me so happy. That's so satisfying to hear.'cause Janet has been in Soul Drive for so long. I make it more complicated than it is. I'm just so used to pen and paper, brain dumping. Although this will help though. So start with pen and paper. Take a picture of that. Plug it into chat. GPT, use some prompts, plug it into Notion And Notion. Has a desktop app and a phone app so I can sit down and grind and work. And then when Ryan and I are at the gym and I need to go back and reference something, I can pull up the app and see it on my phone too. It's just the best you guys. I don't know how to explain it. It's just the best. Lecia said, as someone who's been such a pen and paper person for a long time, I actually really love Notion. my favorite features are the toggle list and check boxes. Yes. Okay. So, like you said, Lucia, how do we do this ourself? So you can DIY your roadmap. If you wanna move independently, use this prompt below to generate a clear, realistic plan. So once you figured out you wrote out your full 12 week, focus, you should have all the like Mad Libs style, plugs to put in. So I am currently describe your current reality in 12 weeks. I want describe where you would like to be or describe what you want to be true. My primary focus is this, create a realistic 12 week roadmap that includes weekly focus themes, one to three key actions per week. Suggested habits, systems, or structure. Keep it simple, sustainable, and aligned with my life. When I build these out, it's not like I plug this into chat GPT and get the right answer right away. I definitely have to use like critical thinking and my skills as a coach to read through it. I don't always agree with exactly what it spits out, but it's so nice to have this format of it. so it's a good thing to just start with and then continue to build from there. Once you have your roadmap, your job is to focus on one week at a time, track your progress honestly, and adjust as needed. This is where the intensive comes in. Inside the intensive. I will help you clarify the right 12 week focus. Create a custom roadmap aligned to your life and business. Identify what to prioritize, simplify, delegate or release, stay accountable while real life continues to happen. And then receive coaching feedback and course correction along the way. So you have two options and you, both of these are available to you forever. So you can try DI ying it. You can pop into the intensive in a season of growth. You can join the intensive and then you can maintain it. DIY if you love roadmaps, continue to do this. I'm very curious now that I'm like kind of introducing this to all of you, how much of a staple this becomes inside of Soul Tribe. Do we have questions around this? I'm dying to know what chat spits out at you, Lucia, what days slash times are the intensive calls? Great question, Anna. Can you, back me up on this. So I know we're obviously not starting the first, Monday in January'cause we don't have time for that. So we are starting intensive applications now. We are kicking off and then our first call will be, Friday, January, 16th at 9:00 AM central. The calls are two hours and it is the first and the third Friday of every month. your 12 weeks is yours. So you join, you're in for 12 weeks, then you leave. my hope is that we have a ton of people start at the same time January 16th. But if you wanna start mid-February, you can start, you'll be with the group who's in it at the time. each person's 12 weeks is theirs. They may phase out while you're in someone new may phase in. But that's how the intensive structure is gonna work. That's how I've been running Jumpstart and it works really, really well. and then you don't have to wait for like, oh, well in the fall I'll finally do it. Like you can just fucking do it when you're ready to do it. Cool. Any other questions? So, intensive calls are first and third Friday, each month. I like that you can join at any time. Yeah, me too. That's my hope.'cause it's hard as a coach when I like get on these monthly Soul tribe calls and then I hear that you guys like have a big thing coming up and it's like, well, we're in the middle of an intensive, we're not gonna do another one for six months after that, you know? So, this is my hope, especially because like I said, board of support is gonna be doing a lot more calls this year. If you guys want deep focused coaching from me, if you're in a season of growth or expansion or focused strategy for a period of time, intensive is always there for you. Cool. All right. moving on from there. Unless we have any other questions about roadmaps and intensive. Put'em in the chat if you have them. Next we are going to move starts on January 16th. From there the calls will be every first and third Friday at 9:00 AM Central. Anna or Samantha, can one of you plug in the, intensive application. for those of you watching on Facebook, a reminder intensive is for existing Mastermind members. It's not for new members. If you want something similar to that, you would join Jumpstart. the vibe in Jumpstart in an intensive are very different. people in Mastermind are much more connected. The conversation gets pretty deep where, in, jumpstart it's a new person, working with me. So there's a lot of action that's getting taken, but there's a lot more community happening inside of, intensive. So yeah, Myla, you would love intensive as well then, if and when you're ready to really buckle down and focus for a chunk of time. but yeah, Myla loved the roadmap as well too. she got to experience that as well. So thank you for saying you highly recommend that. Cool. Okay. Let's move into systems and delegation for growth because again. What was goals to many of us a few years ago is now our norm and our reality. And if you wanna continue to stay a one woman show, that's completely fine. It is simple. but if you are somebody that wants to keep growing and evolving, this is definitely something that I've learned this year, you need to delegate a little bit'cause one person can't do at all. so I want to sprinkle in some conversation about delegation and just systems. even if you're gonna be a one woman show or you're gonna have a whole entire team that requires systems for you, yourself, your team. and that's what stops these things from just feeling so chaotic and random and starts feeling much more structured. things that you can systematize or delegate is booking, scheduling, client communication. I guess I would put automate into all of this as well. Content creation or marketing systems, financial tracking or organization, project or task management, admin or backend tasks, marketing, SEO design or tech support, personal support, that frees up mental space, housekeeping, meal prep, et cetera. great said housekeeping needs some help, okay. We'll make that part of your first 12 weeks. Have that be an intention and see if that's something that, feels worthwhile to delegate out to you. We have some prompts in the workbook. support for growth where systems could support me. So structure, automation, clarity. Again, here's some ideas of what you might be able to plug into these where delegation could create relief. So support, not loss of control. And then we have all the examples. spend a little time writing what you guys think you need, more systems and where you need more delegation and lemme know if you have any questions, input in the chat, what's coming up for you. Very good point to mention. Samantha, said her intensive was a hundred percent focused on creating a system for keeping up on all housework and adulting tasks. Yeah, hers was not business related at all. And I wanna say Samantha hates filling out forms. and she's getting a lot better than this. when it was time to fill out her intensive application, which asked all those questions, she was like, oh my god, nothing's coming to me. But she worked through it and she filled it out. Her 12 week roadmap, she finished in eight weeks. So it clearly works for her. She was an overachiever. She got it done in eight weeks and she's feeling much better about all of those systems at home. It is hard to focus in a cluttered space. I agree. Only thing I can say to you, grace, you guys, I don't know. I feel like clutter in household chores when Ryan was traveling and the kids were young was such a big thing in my life. My kids do chores now and it's like not even a thing for me anymore. I'm telling you, it makes it so much easier while I sit here with clutter on my desk. my room's pretty good right now. the office was a mess when I was wrapping Christmas presents and the Christmas mess was in here, skylight for kids. My sister has it and she loves it. It's like a big tablet picture frame that you put in your kitchen or somewhere and it integrates with all of your calendars and you can do chores, it can do all the things. Myla said I had to learn to embrace the messiness of toddlerhood. And I kind of love that approach too. because I did spend a lot of time and energy, cleaning when the kids were toddlers and Ryan was traveling and'cause it did make me feel sane and it made me feel better. But also, like I would give anything to go back to my kids' toddler messy rooms and just sit in those for a little bit. So, Chris has said, I have a skylight and I never use it. I need to figure it out. I have a huge one. Okay, Rochelle? We need a masterclass on skylights. I'm trying, but it makes me short with my kids And the only thing I can say is it's so bittersweet that they're gonna be grown so fucking fast and they're gonna be able to do chores and your house isn't gonna feel as messy, but you're gonna miss having them like that. Which I know is so annoying'cause everybody says that. But I am the old woman now that is saying that check out decluttering at the speed of life. Michelle Jean says by Di Dana K White. I also like the life changing magic or the life changing magic of tidying up or whatever. Marie Kondo, I like that book too. Alright, so what's coming up with you guys for systems and delegation? I would love to know, is anyone committed to delegating anything in the new year? or is anyone really wanna focus on a certain system to build in Q1 or later Qs Samantha said Julie on Facebook said, I've recently found the reminders option and my phone has been great. I put my reminders slash goal slash intention on my home screen and you can set reminder notifications, which can be helpful too. Just easy free option as well. Love, love, love that. Julie, I feel like this conversation comes up every so often in Marco Polo. We all talk about sending like a ton of alarms in the morning and following that. I agree. actually Leisha and Molly had a conversation about this in our last round of intensive that they tried all these different systems. They tried motion ai, they tried all these different things and they were both like just using my calendar on my iPhone or Android. if, they just putting it on the calendar and setting reminders has been huge. I'm just kidding you guys. I love you, you Android people. I need to build out a Google system for each of my renters. Yes. Good. Lucia, I know that's on your radar for systematizing. If you wanna do the intensive, I'd be happy to help you build that. Just saying. that's a good focus for the new year. I know. Anybody know what they want to delegate in 2026? I know Grace said housekeeping for sure, but also let me say like systems is part of that too. Like you can systematize making the people in your life help and that can become the system. Or, closing shift. That was a thing I talked about a couple vision casting workshops ago and me and Ryan still talk about that when we both just wanna go lay in bed and be lazy. We're like, let's just together bang out closing shift real quick and it helps so much. And that's a system. That's what that is. Steph said content creation. Love, love, love. are you delegating that or are you systematizing that? Stephanie talking to my daughter about having her take over your social media for me. Love delegating with our children. That's amazing. housekeeping would be huge. It's never ending. Charlotte, I feel like it's been never ending for you for a while and I know that you're in a space where you could do that. So why don't you test that out in 2026 and see if you like it. Systems is gonna be the focus first, then maybe delegating a little share. Sterling is gonna be traveling for work more this year, 30% more. So that means you're gonna have to do more. But let me say, I think systems are easier when we don't have another adult human taking up space, messing up our systems. I was very systematic when Ryan traveled and while I did clean my butt off, I listened to podcasts. I had a flow, I had a system and I kind of loved it. Stephanie's delegating. Okay, we're about to talk more about board of or, marketplace and we'll talk about some delegation as well. Anna, Alicia and Samantha are all Androids. That's wild. And you guys are so helpful for my brain. Ryan did switch. It took him a few years, but he finally came over to the right side. I'm slowly giving my 4-year-old more household task. I swear Ryan was Android, just'cause he's an Enneagram eight and he just wanted to not be what I was. I swear to God, that's my theory on that for a while. But he finally got his shit together. I'm slowly giving my 4-year-old more household tasks and he loves helping. Thankfully, I love that. Delegating my clients to my team for less behind the chair time. I love that Kate. finding a college student to take it over. Amazing stuff. A system and solution for my salon phone. Love, honestly. Delegating some things to my husband. Yes, that is as it should be. communicate, share your needs. he is begging help and I have such a hard time trusting him to do the things the way I want. Treat it like it would be somebody new. Treat it like you'd be training somebody new. Build an SOP. Don't have unrealistic expectations. Don't get triggered, do it. my husband tried Android and immediately switched back to Apple. Yeah, he's wise, delegating my social media, hiring employees and hopefully going to delegate inventory through Vish and hopefully more. Love it. okay, we're down to 35 minutes left. Thank you so much Samantha. Now we are gonna move into marketplace. So again, I think the 37 of you here know what marketplace is. Oh, welcome. Hadie, Dottie. Let me let her in from the waiting room. I think majority of you here are aware of what marketplace is. So marketplace, like I said, I beta tested for six months. I launched it in June at the mid-year momentum, and we started with 10 people in it. And based on the initial launch, I collected data. how many people were interested in this offer? How many people converted and became sales? How much money did you make through Marketplace? I wanna make sure marketplace is something that is of value to people. I wanna support big magic ideas, but I wanna make sure it's something that Soul Tribe is a whole needs. so the offers have shifted ever so slightly based on the data, and that's something we're gonna continue to do. So we have a few forms inside of Marketplace. Like I said, January 1st, the Kajabi portal is getting a whole new look. Marketplace is getting a whole new look. At any time. I am very open to hearing your feedback of what offers you wish were on marketplace. If you work with somebody on Marketplace and you wanna give me your feedback about how working with them was, there's a form where you can share that. my hope is that those of you who are on the cusp of Big Magic and know that you wanna do something more or different or feel called to do something else, hopefully Marketplace can continue to be a space that can support those ideas. Checking the chat, creating systems first for easier delegation. I love that, Megan. okay, so we're gonna run through the people that are on, oh, hi Lauren. The people that are on marketplace. So, quick overview. marketplace exists to support you in seasons of growth inside of the SST marketplace members, support members with services designed to help you save time, reduce overwhelm, and grow without starting from scratch. So we have, Laurel is probably, I would say the star student from the beta test just because, like we said, big magic found her. She did not go out looking for it. Laurel did not have this big magic idea on her own, but she jokingly in passing said it during a tribe call and I was like, you need to do this. Are you willing to do it? And she was like, yeah, I'm willing to do it. I think she has like 15 accounts signed up now. Like she has a full ass social media, agency. so she's obviously sticking around for 2026 on marketplace. So she provides social media management for any of you that want to delegate that out. It is for stylists and salon owners ready for consistent intentional visibility. These packages are designed to support different seasons of business, whether you're building your personal brand, expanding your reach, or leading a team, this is best for stylists who wanna show up consistently without content burnout. Salon owners building a unified brand presence and business owners ready to grow. Visibility with intention options range from light study content support to full visibility and authority building. So in the last six months, Laurel has put together a lot of different packages. It goes up to like 1500 ish a month, depending on if you have a team, what kind of support you need. But she has tons of different packages and like I said, January 1st, a new updated video explaining everything will be found on marketplace for Laurel and for everyone. Alana is sticking around a lot of, you know, and love and use Alana's services. So she has SEO and Google Business Management. It is done for you. Visibility in local search. The service supports stylists and salon owners who want to be found online without managing the tech themselves. This supports higher visibility in local Google searches, consistent website and Google business optimization, ongoing strategy adjustments as your business grows. This is best for salon owners and independent stylists ready to grow sustainably without becoming digital marketers. So a lot of you, like I said, use Alana and it's become your main client, lead, source, the best bang for your buck, I've been saying this for probably two years now, is Google. energetically I think, and I think Instagram just takes so much more energy. and Instagram is great for trust, but I believe that Google is great for awareness. And I think that if you want to, really ramp up your new leads and your consistent, Optimize leads that you want. Google is where you do that. Rochelle and I'm already seeing more Google people since Alana. So props to Alana. We love her. we love supporting a big magic idea. I love when Alana's in Costa Rica sitting in, with palm trees behind her, getting all of her, Google Business work done for all of her clients. It makes me so fucking happy. we have the Stylist Keeper by Jessica Hamley. So this is Bookkeeping for Beauty professionals, clarity, confidence and control of your numbers. The Stylist Keeper offers industry specific bookkeeping support designed around the rhythms of beauty businesses. the support helps you understand your numbers clearly, feel confident heading into tax season, and make informed decisions as you grow. It is best for solo stylists, suite owners and boutique salon owners who wanna get organized, simplified finances. So if you want to pass off your bookkeeping, Jess Hamley would love to help you. We have another big magic idea. The Traveling hairstylist by Alicia Thompson. it is trusted coverage during life's transitions. The service support stylist stepping away from the chair during pivotal seasons, like maternity leave, medical leave, or extended time off. The goal is to protect your clientele, maintain continuity, and give you peace of mind while you prioritize your life. This is best for stylist planning, intentional time away, who want to return to a thriving business. Leisha is about to head out to Colorado Springs to take care of Tawney's clients. I know later in the spring, she's gonna be coming to the Midwest to take care of Chris's clients and it makes me so fucking happy. Sarah said, Leisha, I really wish I knew you when I went on maternity leave. and the cool thing is we're trying to get to the point where Leia's not the one covering everyone. she has built a team and she's gonna continue to build a team and, it makes me so proud and so happy to watch it grow because I think five years from now, you guys have no idea how big the traveling hairstylist is gonna be. next we have Salon Link by Karen. it is a booking and business system built for beauty professionals. Salon Link was created because most booking platforms aren't designed for the way that we actually work. They're missing the features we need, and the feedback loop is always, maybe someday. Salon Link is Karen's big magic project built with a software developer partner to bring the tools that support it an elevated guest experience into one place instead of scattered across multiple platforms. What to know is you get a 30 day free trial when you join. New features are being added continuously. Feedback is welcome and encouraged. This is being built with the community. How to join? Go to salon link.com to register. And where did you hear about Salon Link, select Stylist, soul Drive Marketplace. Does it offer payroll? Karen's vision is for Salon Link to literally do it all. but to no surprise, it's hard to build something out. So Karen is the epitome of putting her nose down and grinding.'cause Big Magic found her. And Big Magic a lot of the time is not easy. So it is now at least up and running. It is very much a shell of what it's going to be eventually, but those initial founders that help in the very beginning help kind of give it some income and some feedback and some experience. It's really her vision to replace all of the things that we are paying for. Jot form, all the automations, all the things that, we do payroll included, POS, everything. so that is Salon Link. And then we have virtual assistant work by Afton Hasler. This is behind the scenes business support. So this is one of the offers that tweaked a little bit. Afton was offering web design the first go round. It didn't get a ton of traction on that. And I noticed when I was talking to people a lot, I was like, Afton, why don't you just do like VA work? Websites can be part of it, but you can do so many other things. so you can create breathing room in your business. The support is designed to help you offload the tasks that pile up behind the scenes so you can stay focused on your clients. And creative work support may include digital organization, website updates, admin and operational tasks best for stylists and salon owners who want their business to feel lighter and more organized. So I'm just gonna say if you are busy and you could use a little bit of extra support, Afton is moving to California and rebuilding her clientele from scratch. And she has time and her hourly rate is extremely, extremely affordable. someone who knows Soul Tribe, who knows Thrivers, who knows MSM or who knows all the things, Afton can just kind of be another set of hands for you if you want to do that. great question, Megan. Are these ongoing tasks or one-off projects? It can be either or. Afton is very open to wherever this leads her. if one person kind of starts working with her a lot and eventually takes her on as part of their team, I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen. Or it can just be one-off projects. Whenever you need them, but it's gonna be inside of the portal. In her new video, I was watching them all, it's$15 an hour. Like it's extremely affordable. She just wants to help, she wants to get a feel for what she's really good at, what she can support people with. And she's kind of gonna pivot from there. If she finds, a structure, a flow that works really well, that might become her new offer. But she's just craving some big magic support outside of just the behind the chair business because she's rebuilding. Afton, are you good with job form? She's great with job form. I had no idea you did this. It's a brand new offer. Nobody knew and I'm so glad that Afton agreed because she almost said no and she had too much on her plate and she didn't wanna try a new offer. But I am like, you're moving. You're gonna have so much time. She's about to get a job at Starbucks just because she's asked to build her clientele. Afton can help you with all the things you're doing behind the scenes in your business. And she knows how to do it all. She's just leaving her clientele and having to rebuild so she has the time and space for it. So that's Afton. we have translating the label by Anna DeRay, and she's tweaked her offer a little bit as well. So she's offering product line consultations. So you'll get clarity around retail and product strategy. If one of your goals in 2026 is to switch retail lines to double down on retail, anything retail or product focused, a consultation with Anna would be great. Wherein Kelly, will she be? Yes, San Diego. these consultations, support salon owners and stylists navigating new product lines in general, retail strategy and brand alignment, it's best for business owners who want to make informed, intentional decisions around the products they carry and recommend. So Anna is our product nerd. she is getting her cosmetic chemistry certification right now. I love following her journey. she's taking like a year long course and doing test tubes in her kitchen and learning all about this. And she knows that that doesn't matter to majority of us and that's not something our brains care about. So she knows the ins and outs and the nitty gritty and she can translate that back to you in plain English so that it makes sense to you. So, if you retail is on your radar in 2026, look into Emma and her offers. We have Stay Hair Solutions by Emily Carpenter. I also feel like this is another big magic idea that I very gently nudged and forced onto Emily and is hair enhancement and topper support. Confidence driven solutions for clients. This service support stylist who want to offer hair enhancement solutions without navigating the learning curve alone. What this enables is expanded service offerings, increased client confidence, additional income opportunities best for stylists ready to support clients experiencing hair loss, thinning, or volume concerns. So long story short, Emily has done so much research and learned so much about offering toppers. She calls them solutions or hair enhancements. And we were on a soul tribe call and Amanda was like, my mom could really use that. I was like, my client, Nikki could really use that. I tried buying her a halo topper and it looked like shit. And we returned it and I was like, I don't have the time or energy to learn all about this in custom color. Like, I'm not gonna do that. And Emily was like, well, I can do it. And I was like, girl, why don't you offer that to people? And so she's learned so much and she can get these pieces at a wholesale price where there is markup room for her to market up, make some money, and then for you guys to mark it up and then sell it to your client and you make money. So Emily makes money, you make money, your client still pays market price for a hair enhancement piece. She custom colors it, she matches it perfectly to what they need. So if you have clients that are thinning, reach out to Emily and she will help provide that for you. And you save the day, with this new solution and you didn't need to learn anything or do anything about it. Where do I find Afton? Under Marketplace? It will be there January 1st, Rochelle. So Mark, the whole entire Kajabi portal still looks old. January 1st, everything is changing. There will be a new video, but you can reach out to Afton whenever. this is so needed. Hair loss can be heartbreaking and most of us don't know about it. To effectively guide clients, cannot wait for us to hear solutions. And she is in the current marketplace with her old offer. So you could just go to that and submit that form and tell her what you need help with. Her old offer was just web design. I'm excited to talk to some of my clients while this Emily, you can save the day for all of our clients and you make money and we make money. Why the hell are we not doing it? Get on Marketplace. And she's like, okay, fine. but Emily is like a very much a perfectionist. So she built like a really beautiful website and a really beautiful flow. And I have already measured my client, Nikki. I haven't filled out the form yet, but it's like so seamless and I'm very impressed. Love it. It's a way of the future. I love it. I love it. Okay. And then last but not least, we have Myla Wheeler's, Breathworks. This is breathwork and nervous system support for clarity, reset and integration. This offering support stylists who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or energetically stuck. This work helps you reset your nervous system in real time, identify what's truly draining, you move forward with clarity instead of force. It is best for stylists navigating high stress transitions or emotional burnout. so Maya's offer inside of Marketplace is a 90 minute breathwork session. if you ever wanna meet with her one-on-one, there's week long support that comes after it. all that will be in marketplace, but I figured what better time to have her do another round of breath work than right after this.
